As part of the Festival, Visit Inverness Loch Ness (VILN) will be hosting a ‘Taste of Inverness’ event at Kingsmills Hotel between 10am- 3pm on Saturday 1 March 2025.
What is it?
A celebration of our local food and drink in the region. To celebrate, VILN has 4 guest speakers to tell us all about food and drink tourism in our destination, live cooking, and baking demonstrations using local produce, a chance to taste the local food and drink, and a fantastic opportunity to network amongst other likeminded individuals and businesses.
Who is invited?
The event is open to everyone! VILN would like to invite both businesses and the public to learn more about local food and drink, the future of food tourism in the region and why it is more important than ever.
What can I expect?
You will hear from four inspirational speakers on why Inverness and Loch Ness is the perfect place as a foodie destination and the opportunities we have right here on our doorstep and hear stories from the locals themselves. There will also be special guests for demonstrations!
