Bracewell Named Supporting Member of the Year at Homes for Scotland Awards

Bracewell is honoured to have been named Supporting Member of the Year at the 2026 Homes for Scotland Awards, recognising the practice’s contribution to housing, placemaking and collaborative working across Scotland’s development sector.

The award was presented at the Homes for Scotland Awards Lunch held at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) on 16 May 2026, bringing together organisations and professionals from across the housing industry to celebrate the projects, partnerships and people helping shape communities throughout the country.

Celebrating our centenary year back in 2025, this recognition reflects Bracewell’s continued commitment to delivering thoughtful, well-considered architecture, masterplanning and energy services that respond to the needs of clients, communities and places across Scotland.

Over the past year, Bracewell has continued to support a wide range of residential and mixed-use developments, working closely with housebuilders, housing associations, developers, local authorities and consultants to help deliver high-quality, sustainable homes and neighbourhoods.

Stephen Lynas, Business Development Manager at Bracewell, commented, “To receive the Supporting Member of the Year Award is a fantastic achievement for the practice and a reflection of the collaborative approach we take across every project. We are proud to work alongside clients, consultants and partners who are all committed to delivering high-quality homes and places across Scotland. This recognition is particularly meaningful and is a credit to the dedication, creativity and professionalism of the entire Bracewell team.”

Bracewell would also like to congratulate all the shortlisted organisations and winners recognised at this year’s awards.
