What We Do

Inverness Chamber of Commerce is the largest independent business membership organisation based in the Highlands & Islands.

We sit at the heart of our business community and support our member businesses through helping them make connections and representing them to local and national government in whatever areas they require.

As a member of both the Scottish and British Chambers of Commerce, we support our members to achieve their international ambitions and make sure Highland businesses are heard at both Holyrood and Westminster. As the voice of business in the Highlands, we actively campaign for investment in areas including employment, transport, housing and renewables.

Our extensive and growing events programme allows our businesses to connect with each other, policy makers and influencers, and includes our flagship Highland Business Dinner and Highland Business Week.

We also host the Developing the Young Workforce programme for Inverness & Central Highland, fostering partnerships between schools and employers that provide support for our region’s young people allowing them to develop positive training and career paths.
