The countdown is on for our 2023 Highland Business Dinner, and we are very excited to support The Oxygen Works as our chosen charity for our prize draw. From oxygen therapy to cutting-edge physiotherapy and a range of complementary therapies, The Oxygen Works are committed to supporting the Highland community to better manage their health and wellbeing.
We’ve been delighted to follow the team’s journey; read their ICC story below:
“We have been members of the Inverness Chamber of Commerce since 2019/20. The network and support that the Chamber has provided to us has been invaluable. Never more so than the information and events that were delivered during the Covid pandemic. At a time when it was extremely challenging for businesses, particularly very small businesses to navigate, the Chamber helped by breaking this information down into bitesize, plain English chunks. Their networking events really helped to knowledge share and sense check, it created a sense of community and togetherness at a time when that was not possible.
When we had our flood in 2021, we were humbled to be contacted by the Chamber to offer their support to share our story and to offer their personal words of encouragement and kindness.
As we continue to face challenges in the business world, the Chamber provides that sense of connection and togetherness. There is a sense of innate understanding of the opportunities and of the challenges that are unique to businesses working in this wonderful part of the country.
This year we are delighted to be the nominated charity for the Highland Business Dinner. This will provide us with a great opportunity to showcase the work we do to businesses who live and work within the community we serve.“
