Congratulations to Chamber member Tailormade Moves on their 10 year anniversary! In their own words, hear from the TMM team on their journey so far.
10 years ago, company founders Morna, Karine and Innes came together with a common goal: to help people find not just houses, but homes filled with love, warmth, and memories waiting to be made. Armed with little more than a shared vision and stacks of determination, they embarked on a journey that would lay the foundation for the award-winning Sales and Lettings departments.
The sales team started with our two original sales ninjas Morna and Karine. Having built up a wealth of industry knowledge and local relationships, they soon found themselves dominating the local market. With each passing year the team grew and the ‘For Sale’ signs evolved into ‘Sold’ signs. In 2023 you’ll now find an award winning sales team of 5 including the amazing Emma, Louise and Iwona – who continue to keep Tailormade Moves at the top of their game.
The Lettings department was started by Innes, who utilised his previous experience and arsenal of hardworking contractors. What was once our one-man band has now grown into the fantastic four! Dot, Rachel and Emily, along with Innes now manage a portfolio of over 200 properties and ensure they provide their landlords and tenants the best service possible.
The priority for us has always been about people first, property second. Whilst we build bonds with our clients, we want you to feel like you know us in return. This can start with the very first phone call, perhaps with one of our brilliant Sales Admin team, Laura, Kay or Ellie, making certain they assist you in the right direction all whilst bringing that personal touch. Social media lets us break the barrier from professional to personal, where you can get to know the team, take part in our many competitions or see how we support local charities and events. Customer service and making connections are key to our success – we never forget that people are our business.
It’s hard to believe it has now been a decade since Tailormade Moves opened its doors. From the original trio to a now terrific team of 13, we are so lucky and thankful our customers have chosen to entrust us with perhaps some of their biggest moments in their lives. As we blow out the candles on our tenth year, let’s raise a toast to not only us for reaching this milestone, but to you all for helping get us there. Here’s to another 10!
