Inverness five-star hotel recognised among the world’s finest independent luxury hotels
Ness Walk, the five-star boutique hotel on the banks of the River Ness in Inverness, has been named Best Boutique Hotel at the Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence 2027, announced at a ceremony in London on Monday 2 November.
The Condé Nast Johansens Awards for Excellence celebrate the very best independent luxury hotels, spas and venues within the Condé Nast Johansens collection. Winners are decided through a combination of guest reviews, public votes and the assessments of Condé Nast Johansens’ local experts, making the award a genuine reflection of the experience guests enjoy.
Set in the heart of Inverness, a short walk from the city centre, Ness Walk combines Highland heritage with understated luxury. The hotel offers 47 bedrooms and suites, along with Torrish, its restaurant celebrating the finest Scottish produce, through seasonal menus.
Tony Story, Chief Executive, Ness Walk, said, “We are absolutely thrilled that Ness Walk has been named Best Boutique Hotel by Condé Nast Johansens. This award means so much because it comes from our guests – every vote and every review reflects the warmth, care and attention to detail that our team brings to each stay. I’d like to thank everyone at Ness Walk for their dedication, and every guest who took the time to support us. It’s a proud moment for the hotel, for Inverness and for the Highlands.”
Kevin Staines, Hotel Manager, Ness Walk, said, “It’s an honour to be awarded Best Boutique Hotel by Condé Nast Johansens. Our team takes great pride in their work which is reflected in the level of detail and care that goes into every guests experience.”
Guests can experience the award-winning hotel for themselves this winter, with festive stays and experiences available to book at www.nesswalk.com.
