Export Documentation (Certificates of Origin, EUR1s)
- Friday 13 December – Thursday 19 December: normal service – the team will be providing cover for both full service and DIY applications. To guarantee postage (provided there are no errors on the application), any full service documentation should be submitted by 3pm.
- Friday 20 December: DIY service only with cut off at 3pm. For any full-service documentation submitted after 3pm on Thursday 19 December and on Friday 20 December, please note we cannot guarantee you will receive postage on time due to Royal mail’s operating times. If you require any full service applications, these should be submitted by 3pm on Thursday 19 December to guarantee processing (provided there are no errors).
- Monday 23 December: Bristol Chamber of Commerce will be providing DIY service cover only on this day between 9am and 12 noon. If you have any questions regarding DIY service on the day, please contact the Bristol team at: ezcert@businesswest.co.uk
- Tuesday 24 – Friday 27 December: CLOSED
- Monday 30 December: our team will be providing DIY service only on this day between 9am and 12 noon.
- Tuesday 31 December – Friday 3 January 2025: CLOSED
Customs Declarations (imports, exports and transit)
For customs enquiries and entries, we have sought the assistance of Bristol Chamber of Commerce (BW), who excel in their standard of delivery. Bristol Chamber will be providing cover on the following dates only:
- Friday 13 December – Monday 23 December: To guarantee submission of entries please provide instructions along with supporting evidence to Bristol’s customs team no later than 12 noon on Monday 23 December: chambercustoms@businesswest.co.uk.
For any enquiries and instructions submitted after these dates and between Tuesday 24 December and Friday 3 January 2025 these will be processed upon our return on Monday 6 January 2025.
