Harper Macleod has been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s RM6374 – Legal Panel for Public Sector framework.
The firm has been appointed to four of the eight available lots:
- Lot 1a – Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector
- Lot 1b – Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities (including Housing & Charity sectors)
- Lot 2 – Focused Legal Support
- Lot 3 – Litigation and Disputes
GCA is the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, connecting public and private sectors to achieve the best outcomes for the UK and its citizens. GCA uses its commercial expertise to create a simpler procurement experience that redirects valuable resources into essential public services – creating value for the nation.
The agreement runs until August 2029, with the option for it to be extended for a further year two 12-month periods.
The indicative potential spend value across all eight lots is £500m.
The four lots to which Harper Macleod has been appointed have an indicative spend value of £260m.
The firm had previously been appointed as a supplier on Crown Commercial Service’s Debt Resolution Services framework which ran from 2022 to 2026. CCS transitioned into GCA in April 2026.
