The Inverness Castle Experience is set to open its doors this year, as a world-class visitor experience, and we are now seeking exceptional individuals to join the team. Recruitment begins this week (Monday 6 January) for three key senior roles that will help shape the story of this iconic landmark and create unforgettable experiences for visitors from near and far.
The roles are:
- Visitor Services Manager – This role will oversee the entire visitor experience across the castle and gardens. The successful candidate will ensure outstanding service delivery while maintaining a safe and secure environment for all.
- Food and Beverage Manager – As our hospitality expert, the manager will lead operations across the venue’s dining and refreshment services. This role requires strong leadership, vision, and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
- Retail Manager – will take charge of the Inverness Castle Experience shop, leading the retail team and overseeing all aspects of the retail operation to provide a memorable shopping experience for visitors.

The Inverness Castle project is part of the Inverness and Highland City-Region Deal, which is a joint initiative supported by up to £315m investment from the UK and Scottish governments, The Highland Council, Highlands and Islands Enterprise and University of the Highlands and Islands, aimed at stimulating sustainable regional economic growth.
