Community, along with Courage and Creativity, are our core values and that’s why, in 2024, we were thrilled to sponsor Highland Pride, a charity advancing the wellbeing of the LGBTQ+ community in the Highlands of Scotland. We believe that whenever you find natural alignment you should grasp it, because integrity is the only path on which you will never be lost.
There were other parallels too – we work supporting individuals and teams through organisational change.
