Teams from businesses and organisations across the Highlands will be pounding the streets of Inverness at the 10K Corporate Challenge on 2 October, with thousands more individual runners taking on the Baxters Loch Ness Marathon, River Ness 10K and 5K.
The 10K Corporate Challenge is open to both the public and private sector and is for teams of four to six runners. The fastest four times within the team combine towards the overall time, so there is an incentive for workmates to train together and motivate each other along the route.
The flat 10K course winds through the historic Highland capital of Inverness, passing the Castle along the banks of the picturesque River Ness.
Event director Malcolm Sutherland says, “After two years of working from home, the 10K Corporate Challenge is a great team building and bonding opportunity and we look forward to welcoming teams from across the Highlands.”
Entry to the 10K, Corporate Challenge, 5K and Wee Nessie is now open with charity and club runner places to the Loch Ness Marathon. Sign up here: www.lochnessmarathon.com
