Highland Learning Academy Powers Growth with Two Key Appointments

Highland Learning Academy is strengthening its team with the appointment of two experienced professionals, marking an exciting phase of growth for the organisation.

Specialising in Organisational and Professional Development, Highland Learning Academy delivers tailored learning solutions across a wide range of industries. With a strong focus on accessibility and flexibility, the organisation continues to innovate, creating opportunities for learners to develop their skills regardless of work or life commitments.

Joining as Management Consultant, Catriona Jamieson brings over 25 years of experience in Learning & Development and Leadership. A Fellow of the CMI, she has worked across multiple sectors, including the food and drink industry. Her career spans HM Forces, higher education, and further education, and she is passionate about designing programmes that support both individual achievement and organisational growth.

Also joining the team is Mae Kennedy, appointed as Management Coach. A qualified Chartered Tax Advisor, Mae has extensive experience as a Tax Manager in both industry and practice, with a strong focus on people development and performance. Her work with MCR Pathways in the Highlands reflects her commitment to helping individuals reach their full potential and creating inclusive learning environments.
