Muckle Media – the first PR agency in Scotland to become a B Corp – has been recognised as one of the fifty fastest-growing businesses in Scotland and one of 350 fastest in the UK, by the UK Fast Growth Index. Muckle Media placed 40th in Scotland and is the only communications consultancy on the list.
The achievement recognises the significant impact Muckle Media has had delivering exponential growth, including the acquisition of fellow B Corp PR agency, Spey in 2024 which saw the workforce almost double in size.
The UK Fast Growth Index identifies the fifty fastest-growing companies in seven regions and nations namely London, the Midlands and the East of England, the North of England, Northern Ireland, Scotland, South of England and Wales. This year, the 350 firms identified through the lists had increased their overall turnover by £7.7 billion between 2022 and 2024 in just two years – a growth rate of 182%. To qualify for the list recent turnover must exceed £1 million per annum.
In Muckle Media’s case, it almost doubled its turnover from 2022 to 2024 to £1.1 million, then more than doubled again to £2.3 million for the year ending March 2025, delivering triple digit three-year growth between 2022 and 2025.
